Shipping policy

Every item is handmade and made to order just for you, so please allow a little time for us to bring your order to life! Stencils typically take a few days to make, while custom press-on sets can take about a week. Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes an additional (estimated) 7-14 business days to reach you.

Once your order has been shipped and handed off to USPS, delivery time and handling are managed entirely by USPS and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or issues that occur during transit. This includes weather delays, carrier errors, or lost/stolen packages after delivery is marked complete.

What we will do to help:

 

• Look into the tracking on our end if something looks off

• File a claim with USPS on your behalf if a package is confirmed lost in transit 

• Assist you in submitting a Missing Mail search through USPS if needed

What we are not able to do:

• Control or expedite USPS delivery timelines

• Issue refunds or replacements for packages marked "Delivered" by USPS tracking; if your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors/household members and wait 24–48 hours, as USPS scans can occasionally be early

• Guarantee delivery dates, as these are estimates provided by USPS, not guarantees 

Lost or stolen packages: If USPS confirms a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and work toward a resolution. If a package shows delivered but you did not receive it, this is considered a matter between you and USPS/your local carrier, and we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS for packages you believe were stolen after delivery.
